Earshots.io is a tool for audio professionals. We know you're putting client work through it — and we take that seriously. Here's what we do and don't do with your data, in plain terms.

Your files are private

Audio, video, and project content you upload is only visible to you and the people you share it with. Full stop.

No one snoops on your projects

The people running Earshots.io don't browse your projects. Technical database access is limited to our CTO for maintenance only, and it's logged.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. Never have, never will.

Minimal data, sensible retention

We collect only what we need to run the service. Files you delete are gone within 30 days. Account data is removed when you close your account.

We pre-sign these agreements so you know where we stand before the conversation even starts.

We store files on Amazon Web Services (US-East) and use Cloudflare for delivery — we're in the process of migrating to EU-based storage.
